Player Registration

You are invited to join our great club. We have made it as easy as we can to register - please follow the step-by-step panels below. You might also like to download this FAQ sheet for information on age groups, registration fees, required paperwork, etc.

1: ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER

For players up to 18 years of age only. To check eligibility for the Active Kids Voucher, click the button below and follow the prompts.

2: NEW MWFA PLAYER

If you are new to our MWFA competition and will be playing Under 12 or above, you must complete the MWFA form and if you are coming from overseas also complete the ITC form and return to our registrars – click here to access these forms.
